Le Mirage was originally an individual business. However, since 2017, Le Mirage has been incorporated as a limited liability company under the name of PT. Diasporindo Karya Mulia with a deed dated February 16, 2017 No. 26 made by Masdiana, SH., Mkn. notary in Depok, West Java.

Since its establishment the company has become a professional property developer that focuses its business activities on residential development.
